Argatintas®, the most recent addition to the Neuce Group, 18 months after the acquisition of the companies Titan Powder Coatings Portugal and Titan Powder Coatings Spain, the Neuce Group consolidates a new purchase that reinforces its position as the 2nd Iberian group in the sector. With this new acquisition, the turnover of the Neuce Group amounts to 10 . . . Argatintas®, the most recent addition to the Neuce Group, 18 months after the acquisition of the companies Titan Powder Coatings Portugal and Titan Powder Coatings Spain, the Neuce Group consolidates a new purchase that reinforces its position as the 2nd Iberian group in the sector. With this new acquisition, the turnover of the Neuce Group amounts to 100 million euros.
Argatintas®, founded in 1980, has been in existence for 42 years and has a turnover of 9 million euros. With 2 production units, in Leiria and Vila Nova de Famalicão, it has an annual production of two thousand tons, 85% water-based and 15% solvent-based. A value chain that begins with 53 specialized employees. The delivery of the value proposition is carried out by approximately 300 resellers and two own stores, in Faro and Covilhã.
The companies now belonging to the Neuce Group have distinguished themselves in the world market for the high quality of their products, as well as for their ability to innovate in the type of solutions they present, the result of strong investments in Research and Development. These characteristics will allow Neuce to generate great synergies in terms of technological developments and innovations, as well as the availability of new products on the market.
